GYMKHANA
RULES & REGULATION
1. Gymkhana facilities are available only to the students of the college.
2. No outsider will be allowed to play in the college Gymkhana.
3. The Gymkhana facilities will be available to the students on working days between 07:00 am-09:00am for boys and 9:00 am-11:00 pm except for girls.
4. No student shall be permitted to use the Gymkhana facilities without proper Identity card.
5. Each student can use Gymkhana for a maximum period of 2 hour every day.
6. Student should enter his/her name in the entry register before starting his/ her event.
7. Student should maintain peace and cleanliness.
8. No student will be permitted to play in the Gymkhana while his/her lectures or practical sessions are in progress
9. Students issuing sports equipment against ID cards will be solely responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss of the equipment. He/she will have to bear the cost of damage breakage.
10. The Gymkhana facilities shall not be provided during the examination period. The Gymkhana will be closed at least 10 days period to the semester end examination. It will also remain closed from the end of January in view of the preparation for the final examination
11. For information such as inter-college tournaments or any sport event, please read the college notice board or contact Physical director.
12. Before entering the gymkhana, students and visitors are requested to keep their shoes and chapples outside of the gymkhana. After finishing the practice student should submit the sports material in to the gymkhana department immediately. Eating, drinking, chewing pan or Guthka is strictly prohibited in Gymkhana.
13. For any complaints regarding the Gymkhana and its facilities, the final decision will be taken by the college authorities.
