.effective & transparent evaluation system that responds confidently to
the challanges & newer demands of knowledge society.the college is conducting
the examination as per the university norms.
§ Devise and monitor strategies and
implementation of useful examination practices at our
college as per
university rules.
§ Online mode of
examination form filling that will help generate student summary & Hall
Tickets to optimize time and eliminate errors.
§ Provide guidelines for creating and including
questions in the banks which then can act as the sole source for question paper
generation.
§ Create question banks
for various subjects and courses to facilitate random selection of question
papers.
§ Inform and train
teaching and non-teaching faculty members about the conduct and organization of
examination and examination material.
§ Strengthen Student
Facilitation Centre for prompt response and delivery of student queries.
Rules & Regulations:
Ø The
student should fill their exam forms in a stipulated time.
Ø The
student should take their hall ticket at least five days before the examination
starts.
Ø The
students should fill the exam from correctly with The careful selection of
theair subjects.
Ø The
candidates should ensure whether thair choosem subjects.
Ø The
candidates should ensure whether their choosen subjects are occurred on their
hall ticket or not.
Ø The
candidate should reach the exam centre half an hour before the examnination
starts.
Ø if
the candidate is found malpracticing in an examnination hall he will be
punished by the college authorities .
Ø use
of cell –phone is prohibited in the examnination hall
Ø smoking
is strictly prohibited
Ø candidate shall leave the examination hall in the
first hour of the examination.
Ø An
act of copying or of impersonations at an examination is punishable under ‘The
Maharashtra prevention of malpractive at university .Board & other
specified Examination ordinance 1982 The
Act Pass To
the Effect.
We,
at Examination Section, Savitribai Phule Pune University, envisage the need for
radical reforms in traditional examination and assessment system and are
working towards evolving a credible, valid, effective and transparent
evaluation system that responds confidently to the challenges and newer demands
of a knowledge society. We have set ourselves for adopting technology to
facilitate easy interface for exchange of information.
