About Department
Department of Zoology is one of the live departments from science stream. Classes of F.Y.B.Sc, S.Y.B.Sc and T.Y.B.Sc are operational in the department of zoology. T.Y.B.Sc started in 2016. Different instruments like incubator, centrifugal machine, colorimeter etc. are available in the department for conducting various practicals in the laboratory. The department organizes study, tour, field visits to different centers for students as a part of the curriculum prescribed by the university.
For increasing students’ exposure to the world of zoology and to update their knowledge the department is developing its laboratory. The department of zoology has organised guest lectures for development of students’ knowledge on various topics.
